Travel fees- We may require a travel fee for outside of London, please inquire. Based on location, a minimum party amount may also be required.
What do I need to provide? We bring all supplies and equipment with us. We will need to use a couch or 2 chairs for your guests to sit on while receiving their services. We bring ottomans, tables, chairs for our estheticians and all supplies with us. We ask that you clear the area in front of the couch. i.e. remove ottoman or coffee table.
What about my floor? We place mats down to protect the floor.
Parking- We appreciate having a spot in the driveway for us to park. We come equipped with a lot of supplies.
Payment- We accept cash and e-transfer. All prices are plus tax. We do not require a deposit.
Gratuities- Gratuities are not included in the price. They are solely based on your discretion. Any gratuity is graciously appreciated.
When will we arrive? Pampered Soles Spa Parties will arrive 15 minutes early to set up and will be ready to start the party at the time you booked. It is best to start your party at least 30 minutes before your Pampered Soles team arrives, to ensure we are able to start on time.
